PLAN A

This is HSC’s popular out-patient plan offering FREE urgent care and medical telehealth services as well as an affordable in-office copay program. Please refer to the Plan A Copay Chart to reference the options for the medical services listed above. Plan A also offers behavioral telehealth such as talk therapy, teen therapy and telepsychiatry for a minimal copay.

PLAN B

This is HSC’s healthshare only plan, offering access to the HSC cost-sharing community for larger medical expenses. This plan does not include first dollar coverage on services such as doctors office visits, dental, vision or telehealth services. This plan is perfect for individuals who want to ensure payment assistance with castastrophic-type medical care.

PLAN C

This is HSC’s newest and most comprehensive plan available at an extremely low cost! It includes all Mega Plan coverages as well as access to the HealthShare medical cost-sharing fund for large medical expenses. This plan assists members with surgery, hospitalization, accident care, as well as cancer, stroke, and maternity related expenses.
